Souhila Hamiham
Founder and CEO of Kameleona Studio, Souhila created the agency with the hope of fostering a safe space to women in colour to grow and share their passions in the creative space, without facing discrimination, demeaning and misogynist environments. Her goal was also to provide women from developing countries to access working opportunities to bring and showcase their talent and expertise to the front side. Souhila believes that women should be earning more than men and that working opportunities should not be limited regionally.
Starting this journey on her own, her team has grown to now 4 permanent positions, and hundreds of part-time and contractors pool of talented women across the globe. The team consist of women from South Africa, Algeria, Kenya, Palestine, Malaysia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Philippines, Ivory Coast, Peru, Uruguay and more.
